Hires New Head of Business Development and Two Seasoned Client Solution VPs
(PRINCETON, NOVEMBER 5, 2014) Global research firm ORC International continues to grow its US Business Development team with the additional of a new head of Business Development and two Vice Presidents, Client Solutions.
Jon Harding joins ORC International as Executive Vice President- US Business Development,
reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Simon Kooyman.
His new role with ORC International will encompass strategic planning for key accounts, new business acquisition, seeking out and leading new growth opportunities, and overseeing the firm’s US Business Development and Sales Operations teams.
Harding joins ORC International with 25 years of experience in the market research industry.
He has held a number of senior-level positions at TNS, NFO World Group (acquired by TNS), Nielsen, and Harris Interactive.
Most notably, he was President, US– Client Services at TNS, where he concentrated on extending the business beyond CPG into several other vertical industries, as well as driving strategic business opportunities and developing key account relationships.

ORC International has further expanded its US Business Development team with the addition of Patricia Hughes and Joe Mann both as Vice President, Client Solutions. They will be responsible for new client acquisition and account relationship development.
Hughes, a market research professional with more than 25 years of experience in research design and client relationship management joins from Vision Critical, where she was Executive Vice President. Prior to that she served as Managing Director at GfK in the Custom Research division.
Mann joins from Ipsos where he served as VP, Loyalty and was responsible for developing new client relationships specifically in the customer/employee space. Prior to Ipsos, he was Senior Vice President, Client Solutions at TNS working as an Account Executive across several verticals and Segment Leader for the Partner Solutions group.
